Lunch from bits and bobs in your kitchen. Reconstructed bread baked savouries with feta, ham spinach

Got some sliced bread that needs chucking but its still good. Why not try this.

I used oatmeal bread from the Co op . Squish it up with an egg and a little sparking water. threw in a little maple syrup as well. Now if you have got some flour or pancake mix throw some in to get a sticky mix. On a little plate mixed poppy seeds sunflower seeds sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds with a bit more flour. Take a ball in your hand and place in the seed mix and then press in the yummy savoury centre. your yummy centre can be anything you fancy . I used feta, sliced honey roast ham, capers, spinach and capers with basil leaves and a touch of black pepper. then take another ball of the mixture and place on top. Its a bit on the messy side but squish together and form a hamburger shape. Finish off the seeds on the outside place in a dry frying pan to seal on both sides and place in the over for 30 mins .
