Why should I come? After the big Christmas and New Years chow down we are all looking to get back on track with our health. Come and learn how to cook super healthy food without compromising on taste. Who is going to be there? Anyone who wants to look after their health but still loves to eat! Plus its something different to do during the week . A unique alternative way to get fed and learn something new! What will the evening bring? We will get to know each other a little and have a lovely dip with veggies. We will then work with Polenta, and make a luxurious heirloom tomato dish I will bring a gorgeous Chicken dish for you to eat.. Later you can eat your food on the night or you can take it home to eat with your good self or share with your family. You will go home with all the recipes from the night. So what’s on THE MENU? Starter - Sun dried tomato and fava bean dip with raw veggies Mains – Mediterranean Chicken with roasted red pepper pesto Marinated heirloom tomatoes with baby spinach and pomegranate jewels Herb and garlic Polenta slices (If you are a vegetarian just let me know and I will prepare your dish separately *Please note group bookings of 10 or more people non vegetarian and vegetarian menus, I can organise an exclusive night for you. Can I bring alcohol? Absolutely it’s a bit like a supper club with a foodie class combined!! Do I need to bring anything? Just your good self, a small food container and an apron.
