Pop up Authentic Mexican food, served buffet style a great evening in store sharing, socialising, relaxing and having fun. You will arrive to a lush Hibiscus flower Margarita and there will be some yummy handmade salsas, guacamole and chips to nosh on at the table. So what’s on THE MENU? (all spicy salsas on the side) Appetizer - Wild mushrooms and manchego cheese quesadillas Mains - handmade corn tortillas Mexican green rice with lime and toasted pumpkin seeds Pollo Pibil - Chichen in achiote (marinated in a tangy orange seed paste with mexican aromatics) Puerco en salsa verde - Pork in tomatillos (tart, fruity, and slightly herbal flavored husk green tomatoes) Spinach, chickpeas, and green peppers in coconut salsa. Black beans in epazote all the fixings.... along with the salsas on the table for toppings there will be more yummies for your tacos.
